In addition, the company provides strategic sales and marketing advisory services, such as primary sales, real estate intelligence, corporate divestments, management services, channel sales, brand strategy, marketing campaign, investment sales, project valuation and price discovery, renewal and negotiations, digital marketing, handling legal documentation, and built customer relationship, as well as home loans assistance, asset management, and fund raising consultancy services. The company was formerly known as IM+ Capitals Limited and changed its name to Fedders Holding Limited in June 2024. Fedders Holding Limited was incorporated in 1991 and is based in Ghaziabad, India.
