BUY on breakout close above the 52W high. Stop: just below the breakout pivot or recent swing low. Pyramid up only if the next base forms higher.
Risks & caveats
Failed breakouts (close back below the pivot within 3 sessions) are a clear exit. Late-stage names with crowded ownership can top out.
