The company develops TVGN 489, which has completed Phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of ambulatory high-risk adult COVID-19 patients; and in Phase 1 clinical trial to treat acute SARS-CoV-2 patients with B-cell cancer immune suppression, and other B cell immune suppressed acute SARS-CoV-2 patients with a B cell cancer indication, as well as Long COVID prevention and treatment. It is also developing TVGN 920, a preclinical trial drug for treating cervical cancer; TVGN 960, a preclinical trial drug for treating oropharyngeal cancer; TVGN 601, a preclinical trial drug for treating multiple sclerosis; TVGN 930, a preclinical trial drug for treating Epstein-Barr virus associated lymphomas; and TVGN 116, a product candidate targeted at hepatitis B. It also offers artificial intelligence platform for drug development. Tevogen Inc. was formerly known as Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc. and changed its name to Tevogen Inc. in July 2026. The company was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Warren, New Jersey.
