In addition, the company has a strategic collaboration with SciSparc Ltd., Yissum Research Development Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Polyrizon Ltd., and NeuroThera Labs Inc. The company was formerly known as Cyntar Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Clearmind Medicine Inc. in March 2021. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
