It also operates the Clinical Lab Innovation Axcelerator (CLIAx), a CLIA laboratory for overseas diagnostics start-ups. The company was formerly known as 20/20 GeneSystems, Inc. and changed its name to 20/20 Biolabs, Inc. in March 2025. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
