The company is also developing ACR-2316, a dual WEE1 and PKMYT1 inhibitor small molecule candidate; and a preclinical stage AP3-and co-crystallography-based preclinical cell cycle program. The company was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Watertown, Massachusetts.
