What it means
Stocks up > 3% on the latest session, volume ≥ 1.5× avg, price above both 50DMA and 200DMA — multi-factor momentum confirmation. The Setup column flags any concurrent breakout, support bounce, or bullish reversal candle.
When to use it
Highest-probability entries when the Setup tag shows a breakout or support bounce and sector strength is broad. Skip names that gapped > 5% (entry risk too high).
How to act
BUY on intraday pullback toward the day’s VWAP / opening range, or on next-day confirmation hold. Stop: below the signal-bar low. Target: 2–3× initial risk.
Risks & caveats
Heavy-volume up-days can mark exhaustion tops if RSI is already > 75 and the stock is > 20% above its 50DMA. Always size to predefined R-risk.
