In addition, the company is also developing Immune Fx; IFx-3.0, an mRNA innate immune agonist candidate for intravenous or autologous whole cell administration for blood-related cancers. The company was formerly known as Morphogenesis, Inc. and changed its name to TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. in December 2023. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Tampa, Florida. TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of CohBar, Inc.
